Blender to OBS Studio

 Using OBS studio with gITF video Added a background in blender, colour green for use with chroma key later. Open OBS studio.  Add the video of the 3dmodel exported from 3dViewer on windows, add image background put the background under the "media source" 3d model, in the "source list"  Choose "Filter"-> "chroma key". Leave the defaults and close. right click the media source. choose filter chroma key. Leave the defaults and close. A small clip on youtube to show what is discribed here. used a still image but it could be swapped out for any real world footage or still image you prefer.

create model in blender, export as video frames converted using windows 3d viewer. And placed on realworld background with OBS studio.

Blender, OBS studio are both open source programs. And 3d viewer is probably on your windows computer already, or is free from the microsoft app store.
